Who is ProjectPad for?
ProjectPad is made for freelancers, independent professionals, small agencies and teams, especially in communication, digital and IT. It also fits any business managing projects, clients and deliverables, helping provide visibility without turning every update into a complicated process.
Does my client need to create an account?
No. Your client receives a secure link, clicks it and goes straight to their dashboard. Progress, deliverables and conversations are all in one place, with no credentials to remember.
What information can I share?
Overall progress, project trend, current phase, upcoming deadlines, recent work, next actions and, if you enable it, deliverable approvals and feedback.
Where is my data hosted?
ProjectPad follows a sovereign approach: your data stays hosted in Europe. A simple way to keep control of your projects and conversations.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If you do not move to a paid plan, your workspace returns to the Free plan. Nothing is charged: no credit card was ever asked for. Your data is kept: conversations, deliverables, approvals and customization no longer appear on your clients' portal, and come back as soon as you pay. If you have several projects, you choose the one that stays active: the others remain viewable. Choosing the Freelance plan during the trial? You lose no days: the first charge happens at the end of the 14 days.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. The plans are designed to grow with your activity: start simply, then add the capabilities you need as your organization grows.
